The Vision
To create a modern yet soulful sanctuary — a home where minimalism doesn’t feel cold, and luxury whispers through curated simplicity. The goal was to offer a serene, light-filled space that invites calm, clarity, and connection.
The Outcome
Design Narrative
Set in Bengaluru’s DivyaSree 77 East, this 3105 sq. ft. residence is a modern haven that blends minimalist design with quiet luxury. The intent was to craft a calm, open space that balances functionality with refined aesthetics — a sanctuary that supports both daily life and mindful living.
The Home
Modern Sanctuary begins with a warm, wood-paneled foyer that sets a calm, grounded tone. A subtle partition leads into the living area, where minimal furniture, neutral tones, and soft lighting come together to create an elegant, uncluttered space.
The kitchen was a key transformation — the original utility access was reworked to open up the layout. By extending it sideways, we created a more seamless and spacious connection to the rest of the home.
The bedrooms continue the clean aesthetic. Soft palettes, built-in storage, and layered textures ensure each space feels restful yet refined. Designed for both comfort and clarity, these rooms serve as private sanctuaries within the home.
Every element, from layout to finish, reflects a vision of contemporary simplicity — quietly luxurious and deeply livable.
